Every tour is different, we recommend what to bring depending on the type of tour you booked.  Once your tour is confirmed, we will send you an email about what we recommend bringing. For all tours, we recommended to bring what is listed here below:

• Reef safe sunscreen
• Beach towel
• Sunglasses
• Reusable tumbler
• Cash if you would like to tip your crew

No, you do not.  All tours will have a licensed crew onboard to operate the boat and lead your tour.  

Yes, all of our boats have Bimini tops for shade.

11 years old and younger is considered as a child.  12 years old and older is considered as an adult.

Once your trip is confirmed, we will send you an email with all food options that are available for your tour.  We respect all food allergies and can accommodate vegan options for all packages.  We will be in touch to confirm your choices prior to your tour.   

At the time of booking, you will be charged a $200 non-refundable deposit. Cancellation 48 hours in advance or sooner will result in 50% charge.  Cancellation 24 hours in advance or later will result in 100% charge, unless we are able to fill your spot.  No-shows will be charged 100%.

You will receive a text and email confirmation.  Our team will be in touch within 24 hours (or sooner) to go over and confirm all food and beverages options for your tour. During this time of communication, we will ask you about dietary restrictions and food allergies we should know about.   Once we confirm all your tour details, you will be sent payment information to complete the remainder of your balance.

Once your tour is booked, we will be in touch within 24 hours.  At this time of communication, we can go over all upgrades and pricing.  Most upgrades are subject to market price. Our most requested upgrade is alcohol ;)  

Please note: You can always inquire about upgrades prior to booking. Please, feel free to contact us at any time with any upgrade inquires.  

Be in touch with us and update us on your arrival time.  This is a private boat tour.  We begin when you arrive. However, the tour will still end at our scheduled time.  

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle and Cash App.

We usually respond within 2 business hours.  However, you are guaranteed to hear from us within 24 hours.
